Product reviews are a great way to share your opinions about a product with other customers!

To submit a review, simply log in at My Account. Under the “Review items you’ve purchased” section, click on the item you wish to review.

You can write a short description of what you thought of the item here as well as give the product a rating out of 5. You may even like to add a photo of the item in use.

Some tips for writing a good product review:

• Keep comments strictly about the product itself. Leave out comments about postage, price, dealings with Customer Service or anything else not specifically related to the item.

• Include details of functionality, look and feel.

• Any tips you’ve discovered which may be useful to others.

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you.

We always try to include as much information as possible on our listings as we understand that this is important when items cannot physically be viewed before purchase.
