I just placed an order. How long will it take to process?
Amazool.com aims to fulfill orders between 12-48 hours after payment has been received. However, in some cases, such as pre-order or when an item is out of stock, it may take longer to complete your order. If such an event was to occur, we will usually contact you.
I don't want to register an account at Amazool.com. Can I checkout as a guest?

Providing your order has not yet been dispatched, you should be able to cancel your order. Please click here to contact the ordering service to check your order's status. If your order is marked "Awaiting Payment" you may contact the customer support to have your order cancelled. However if your order appears as "Awaiting Shipment" or "Completed" or "Shipped", it is too late to cancel.

Can I add to, remove or edit items on my order?

Sorry, once you have placed an order, you are unable to make any changes. For any urgent concerns; please contact us as soon as you can and we will do our best to help you.

Can I change my delivery address?

Sure you can. For your convinience, we allow you to save several delivery addresses to your account. Just go to your My Account page and from there you can alter your delivery addresses in your Address Book.

Please note however, you are unable to change the delivery address of an order once it has been dispatched. If however, if your order has not yet been processed and you would like to change the address, please contact us at your earliest convinience to ensure we can make the necessary changes in time.

How do I place an order?

or register a new account
4.fill your delivery information then click "ship according to this address"
5.select shopping method
6.select payment method,we just accept paypal payment method only
7.click "confim order"
8.click "pay in paypal immediately"
9.log in to paypal and complete payment

How to buy a large quantity of articles?
The default of the quantity ( Qty) is 1piece. If you only want to buy 1 piece of article, you can choose the desired article and click “Continue Shopping” or “ Checkout”; if you want to buy a large quantity of articles, you can choose the desired article firstly, but please pay attention to the next step, you should change the number of the Qty and click “Update” to update the data, if it’s working, you can further click “Continue Shopping” or “ Checkout”.
Can I pick up my order?

We’re unable to allow pickups from our warehouse unfortunately.

Our warehouse operates with a highly automated dispatch system which allows us to send out orders quickly and efficiently. Allowing pickups would disrupt this process.

In most cases we are able to dispatch items within 24 to 48 hours of your payment being received. Regular courier times will then apply.

How do I know when my order has been sent?


Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with details on how to track the delivery online. Each item is dispatched separately and with a specific tracking number so you will receive an individual email as each item is sent.

You can also track the delivery status of your order by going to the My Account section.

To track a delivery online:

1. Click "My Account" at the top of any amazool page and make sure you are logged in

2. Click "View Order History"

3. Select the order you wish to track

4. Click the tracking ID at the top of the next page

Note: Please allow at least 48 hours for your items to show on the tracking site as they may not be scanned in straight away.

Note:Not all the flat orders have a tracking information.based the order's total and whether select the insurance.
