Pros: So far it works very well with the first version of the US DSi (A launch unit which was updated with the automatic firmware update prompted when accessing DSi Ware Store).
The card itself has a side-entry Micro SD slot with no spring feature, which, frankly is fine with me as those are prone to failure/breakage due to their small size. The SD card fits in snugly and comes out with an acceptable amount of force (no damage).
The card software interface is passable, I suppose I've become accustomed and preferential to the TT card menu, but there's nothing about this menu that's hard to understand. It has icons for brightness settings, game settings (soft reset, cheat, etc.) menu software settings, power, and launch options.
The games menu displays on the top screen and the file system allows for the use of folders.
I haven't attempted to run any compatible movie or audio files, but it appears to have Moonshell integrated into the menu software.
So far I've only had one instance of a rom hanging while attempting to create an in-game data file (Super Princess Peach) but upon reset I found that it did in fact create the save and the game played fine past that.
I'm pleased to have a card that runs roms on my DSi and one that is reported by it's developers to be future-proof by way of a user-upgradeable core.

Cons: The only con that I've encountered that I feel is a legit gripe is that the card menu software seems to go through a FULL reboot cycle on soft-reset. Where cards like the R4 and TT quickly return to the card software menu on a soft reset this one goes through a cycle that takes upwards of 10-20 seconds.

Other Thoughts:

Bottomline: This is the only card that is reported by its dev team to have an upgradeable core/bootstrap. What that means is that it's potentially "future proofed" against any updates that Nintendo may throw our way in future firmware updates. That's a GREAT reason to select this card over the others available

Pros: I bought this to replace my DSOne Supercard which does not work on my DSi
This product has run every game I've tried and all of the home brew as well
Product updates seem to be fairly frequent.

Cons: Slow to boot when using SDHC memory, Especially when compared to the DSone Supercard.
Using a 1gb JAPAN kingston was about 30 seconds faster to boot than when using an 8gb JAPAN kingston microSD

Other Thoughts: If you need a DSi compatible cart, then this is a good solution, if you have a DS or DS Lite, then buy a supercard

Pros: I bought this as a replacement for my R4 which was starting to die. I was drawn to this by all of the nice features such as the realtime save, and the realtime guide. Of course the price was also a big selling point, as other carts with these features can cost $50.

Cons: The documentation that I found on the website was rather poor and didn't even mention some of the features of this card. I am guessing that the documentation was written for older models, and they just never updated it. I had some difficulty figuring out how to do things like realtime-save, but it works once you figure it out.
Also I was a bit disappointed by the speed of the device, which is much slower than my R4 was. The menu is based on moonshell, so it takes about 5 seconds to initially load. Then, when you load a rom, I found that it takes maybe 7-8 seconds to load. Still, this isn't a huge concern, as it's not slow enough to get on my nerves.

Other Thoughts: The package contains the flash cart and nothing else. You have to download the software from their website and copy it to your sd card.
Press L+R+A+B to access in game menu for save and guide.

Bottomline: I think this is the same as the EZ Flash V+, except it also works on the new Nintendo DSi. Of course it still works on older DS too. Solid product, but the slow loading times are a bit of a turn off.
