Can I view an item before I purchase it?
As we are an online retailer, we do not have a shop or show room to display items before purchase. For this reason we always try to include as much information as possible in our product listings. If you do have a specific question about an item, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
I don't want to register an account at Amazool.com. Can I checkout as a guest?

Absolutely. However, we strongly advise you to open an account with us. It takes just seconds to register, and brings you a whole host of benefits such as being able to track your orders.If you would rather checkout as a guest, please just checkout as normal and follow the on-screen instructions.

I am having trouble logging into Amazool.com.

You need to login using your full e-mail address (example: sales@amazool.com) and password that you registered with. Please ensure you spell both correctly and do not have your Caps Lock key enabled.

If you are still unable to log in, please contact us using the forms provided. We will help you get up and running.

I forgot the e-mail address I used to register?
Unfortunately it may be best for you to simply register another account with us. Due to security concerns with account we may be unable to help you reclaim access to your account. However, please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.
I forgot the password to my account?
You will need access to the e-mail account that you registered with. Please click here to start the forgotten password process.
Can I change my delivery address?

Sure you can. For your convinience, we allow you to save several delivery addresses to your account. Just go to your My Account page and from there you can alter your delivery addresses in your Address Book.

Please note however, you are unable to change the delivery address of an order once it has been dispatched. If however, if your order has not yet been processed and you would like to change the address, please contact us at your earliest convinience to ensure we can make the necessary changes in time.

How do I register as a new user?

(if you want to order more,please change the quantity and click button "update the cart")
2.click button "check out"
3.if you don't plan to register
click button "i don't plan to login,directly purchase"
or register a new account
4.fill your delivery information then click "ship according to this address"
5.select shopping method
6.select payment method,we just accept paypal payment method only
7.click "confim order"
8.click "pay in paypal immediately"
9.log in to paypal and complete payment

How to buy a large quantity of articles?
The default of the quantity ( Qty) is 1piece. If you only want to buy 1 piece of article, you can choose the desired article and click “Continue Shopping” or “ Checkout”; if you want to buy a large quantity of articles, you can choose the desired article firstly, but please pay attention to the next step, you should change the number of the Qty and click “Update” to update the data, if it’s working, you can further click “Continue Shopping” or “ Checkout”.
